this is the 3rd one that I bought light weight but solid easy to assemble
There is no doubt that this is a real good hand truck. Very strong, very secure, very stable. BUT, the assembly is far more involved than it should be. Largely because in the factory assembled items, their process distorts the metal enough so that the pieces do not properly fit together any longer. In other words, their quality control--which SHOULD catch this sort of thing so that parts do not leave the plant when they are this far out of spec--is asleep on the job. Having said that, add a hammer and a spreader of some sort to your list of required tools and it will come together very nicely. The assembly instructions are also really poor, almost to the point of being useless.
Adding either 2 locating holes on the bars OR including better instructions would make this pain-in-the-neck assembly a lot easier. Solid hand truck once assembled.
