Several of us looked at this handtruck after it was assembled, but can't quite understand why the handles turn out...the grip is very, very unnatural...we haven't used it yet, so maybe we'll change our mind, but it really looks uncomfortable.
Read instructions carefully and watch the video available on Utube - some of the parts are for Left or Right and may not be labeled - took some strength but it is a strong product - took 2 hours to assemble alone
I've always had hand trucks around but this one is both light weight (easy to grab a horizontal bar and carry it without having to drag it up stairs empty). It moves boxes and furniture both up and down stairs much better than any truck I've used. (due to the stair climber brackets with teflon type strips). It was a worthwhile purchase and will get a lot more use. My older hand truck with air filled tires is better on soft turf, but for moving inside a building, this one is the best product.
