SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

HaulPro Forklift & Material Handling is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for all customers throughout the United States.

This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, processing times, delivery expectations, and responsibilities.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed the following business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. territories (where applicable)

We do not currently offer international shipping unless otherwise stated in writing.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- LTL Freight Carriers (for large equipment)

Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

- Item weight and dimensions
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method

Freight shipments may require custom quotes.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by location.

Typical delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
- Freight Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in carrier systems.

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

HaulPro is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping fees caused by address errors may be charged to the customer.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product
2. Contact accounting@thehaulpro.com within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

For lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.

FREIGHT & LARGE EQUIPMENT SHIPMENTS

Large equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bulk orders may ship via freight carriers.

Freight deliveries require:

- A commercial delivery address when possible
- A loading dock or forklift (if applicable)
- Delivery appointment scheduling

Residential freight deliveries may incur additional fees.

The customer is responsible for unloading freight shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Failure to accept delivery may result in additional fees.

REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.

These fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

Local pickup may be available at our facility:

Pickup availability and scheduling must be confirmed in advance.

SHIPPING DELAYS

HaulPro is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs (if applicable)
- Force majeure events
