This is a great little hand truck, handles everyday moving tasks easily ，Well built, aluminum structure and very smooth rolling. It was a little bit of a pain to assemble and I suggest having a helper. （Need some tools ）The instructions didn't cover this two handle model but I was able to easily see where and how the handles attached.

There is no doubt that this is a real good hand truck. Very strong, very secure, very stable. BUT, the assembly is far more involved than it should be. Largely because in the factory assembled items, their process distorts the metal enough so that the pieces do not properly fit together any longer. In other words, their quality control--which SHOULD catch this sort of thing so that parts do not leave the plant when they are this far out of spec--is asleep on the job. Having said that, add a hammer and a spreader of some sort to your list of required tools and it will come together very nicely. The assembly instructions are also really poor, almost to the point of being useless.
Adding either 2 locating holes on the bars OR including better instructions would make this pain-in-the-neck assembly a lot easier. Solid hand truck once assembled.

Instructions are awful, building seemed a little complicated just for a simple handtruck, i think it should come mostly assembled out of the box. Sturdy, decent wheels though i wish i got the bigger size, and it didn't flex with 220lbs of concrete bags on it!
This works great and helps with holding/moving a lot of stuff but the installation was extremely hard. Took us hours to figure out as it wouldn’t slide into place.
This is a nice commercial style hand truck. No folding to get it out of the way like many sold for home use, but in return it is much stronger. I like the tall cushioned handle. Someone posted a review saying that it would not go together correctly, and I made the same mistake in assembly. The instructions are misleading. The main piece needs to be attached to the channel rail things before putting on the curved side pieces. When you do that, the bar fits in place if you remember to put it on before attaching both sides. If you tinker with it, you will get it.
Another reviewer mentioned difficulty in assembling this. I only had one issue. The channel filler that goes between the main chassis and the noseplate really should be a little longer so it can't slip out of position as you slide the handle in. I had to work hard to keep that lined up with the holes the noseplate and the chassis without dragging it out of position as I forced the pieces together. The directions also recommend a couple of adjustable wrenches for assembly, but I strongly recommend using sockets instead.Besides that, this is a good hand truck. The wheels roll well and seem to have good bearings, the cast aluminum is lightweight but strong enough for most purposes, and the frame doesn't have a lot of flex.
I didn't think this would be that good after we put it together but so far it has held up. Of course, it hasn't been that long so we shall see.
This is a really nice heavy duty aluminum hand truck! So light and super solid. Way better then the heavy steel one I was using before. Delivered super fast and is an awesome value. Easy instructions and only takes a few minutes to put together. Top quality hand truck!
