I purchased this to move some arcade games from my basement. It was great, stair climbing feature made it possible to move games safely. I have moved a refrigerator from a basement, and 1 video game in 3 days. Definitely would purchase again.

Several of us looked at this handtruck after it was assembled, but can't quite understand why the handles turn out...the grip is very, very unnatural...we haven't used it yet, so maybe we'll change our mind, but it really looks uncomfortable.
Summed up: decent product but don't buy unless you have mechanical acumen and proper tools. Axle is not long enough to accommodate washers supplied. You will need to drill holes to fit stair hopper. You will need clamps to spread parts to fit. Shameful and inexcusable.
Read instructions carefully and watch the video available on Utube - some of the parts are for Left or Right and may not be labeled - took some strength but it is a strong product - took 2 hours to assemble alone
I've always had hand trucks around but this one is both light weight (easy to grab a horizontal bar and carry it without having to drag it up stairs empty). It moves boxes and furniture both up and down stairs much better than any truck I've used. (due to the stair climber brackets with teflon type strips). It was a worthwhile purchase and will get a lot more use. My older hand truck with air filled tires is better on soft turf, but for moving inside a building, this one is the best product.
As some other reviews point to, the precision of the manufacturing is lacking. That means bolt holes don't line up well, you may have to force or flex pieces to assemble, and if manufacturing is worse than my unit, it might not even assemble... Welds are poor quality and leave some jagged edges which should probably be sanded down to reduce risk of injury. The wheels did not exactly match directions/description and due to width of the rim I could only install 1 of 2 washers on each wheel that directions called for. I found the directions clear with small room for imlrovement. In the end I have a fully assembled working unit that feels sturdy. Although I would not buy this if I was a professional mover, as a home user I am saving some money compared to an equivalent name brand model. I alone will move a 280lb box tomorrow up 4 stairs. If I have no updates here, you can assume it went well or it fell on me RIP... lol
Good and sturdy, does the job, putting it together was not like building a car, however had to drill out half the holes as they were just off enough, the bolts would not fit, once drilled everything came together ok, kind of a pain
Nice and lightweight. Had to cut down the extension brace on the top because the holes weren't aligned with the standard handles. $200 for an ok dolly. It’s amazing how crappy the craftsmanship has become. $200 is a lot of money and would think that kind of money would get you something that doesn’t need to be cut or adjusted to make it go together. Will be interested to see how it holds up to 500 lbs…
Little hard to put together. Had to refer to the online video. But other than that love it!
UPDATE: 27Mar22. After my initial review I was contacted immediately by the companies customer service. We were able to resolve the issue and they ended up sending me a fully assembled hand cart free of charge to make it right. All in all the cart performed great, I was able to move a full-size safe with no problem. Only thing keeping it from five stars was the initial problems I had from the beginning, other than that the card is great.Assembly was pretty straight forward and instructions are pretty easy to follow. However the craftsmanship on the materials was poor. Many of the boat holes still had metal material in the way so I had to use a hammer to get the bolts all the way through. The biggest negative item was that the axle was missing a hole for the cotter pin which holds the wheel on. Definitely not something I want to deal with when rolling around heavy things and a wheel possibly falling off. I tried to drill a hole for the cottter pin but my drill bit could not make it through this steel rod. This is the reason for the low star rating.
I needed to move out of my storage unit and I picked this hand truck. In my younger days when I was actually doing delivery for a living we used these. I looked at cheeper hand trucks but decided to get this one. Dont for get you will from time to time need a hand truck. Moving boxes or cases of water. Dont forget you get what you pay for 90% of the tine. One more thing get the stair attachment makes a big difference going up or down the steps. It helps with the control factor a lot.
This is very handy to have and bring items from upstairs to downstairs. Very sturdy. The instructions are not very good. It took a bit to figure out how to put it together.
Now, it's been pretty long time. As, I reviewed this hand truck is really nice and very sturdy! Sometimes, I throw it away in the backyard when I finish my work. But this sturdy hand truck always work very nice even I can't see any rusty parts. If you are a first time to buy this, then you must keep a hand tool first, because it didn't include.Very interesting, the Amazon and this seller were very cooperative, if we find some parts missing.I am sure, you won't feel any regrets if you buy this product.
This is a very sturdy hand truck that smoothly negotiates stairs as long as you provide the muscle to tug it. The quality is easily five stars but the assembly instructions are not exactly linear. I had to take things apart and put them back together twice in order to make it fully functional. However, once together I became a moving beast in getting heavy objects up two flights of stairs to my new apartment. Beds, dressers, tables, desks, and moving boxes - I am the envy of my neighbors.
i love the durability and look of this hand truck, i use it very often and it can handle very large objects and dosent seem to lose wear. its very easy to assemble with clear instructions. looks like a keeper for many years
