Several of us looked at this handtruck after it was assembled, but can't quite understand why the handles turn out...the grip is very, very unnatural...we haven't used it yet, so maybe we'll change our mind, but it really looks uncomfortable.
Summed up: decent product but don't buy unless you have mechanical acumen and proper tools. Axle is not long enough to accommodate washers supplied. You will need to drill holes to fit stair hopper. You will need clamps to spread parts to fit. Shameful and inexcusable.
Read instructions carefully and watch the video available on Utube - some of the parts are for Left or Right and may not be labeled - took some strength but it is a strong product - took 2 hours to assemble alone
