The Mach 1 Dynamic RTX is a premium fully automated, conveyorized
stretch packaging system engineered for high-volume, around-the-clock
operations. Built for maximum reliability and the lowest cost of
operation, the Dynamic RTX can be configured as a standalone unit or
integrated inline with your existing production line.
HEAVY DUTY CONVEYORS
Conveyors are built in-house using heavy gauge structural steel, fully
welded conveyor rollers with solid steel axles, and cast-iron flanged
bearing support — designed for years of demanding use.
ROBUST ENGINEERING
All engineering relies on structural steel and precision laser-cut
components. Oversized mechanical parts combined with smart technology
deliver the lowest maintenance requirements in the industry.
250% FILM PRE-STRETCH (X-Stretch System)
The X-Stretch film carriage delivers the most powerful pre-stretch
capability in the industry. Featuring oversized bearings, chain/sprocket
roller drive, and precision machined pre-stretch rollers for smooth,
consistent film delivery.
ALLEN-BRADLEY CONTROL PANEL
Paired with a PanelView 600 touch screen, the Allen-Bradley PLC provides
an intuitive operator interface with password-protected critical
parameters and dedicated drives for every AC motor.
