- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Returns are only accepted for unused, unopened, and undamaged products.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special orders.
- Used or damaged items.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team. This must be included with the returned items.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the product, include the RA number, and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 to ensure your return is safely received.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):
- Refund: A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items, depending on the condition of the product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
7. Exchanges
